The room was big, fairly clean and comfortable, and there’s a small pool if you can find room to swim. Dental and shaving kits are provided, though the shaving handle is made of recycled material and you can’t replace just the blade. You have to take a whole new kit, which seems wasteful. We may have had an unlucky stay, but our room and bathroom weren’t properly cleaned when we arrived, and there was no heating for the first two nights. They eventually brought us an electric radiator, but I found the experience disappointing for a four-star hotel. The pool and spa are very small, and the water was cold when we visited in January. One morning, water leaked through the false ceiling. The towels felt plasticky and very low quality, and water from the shower splashed across the whole bathroom. They should install a sliding door or something. The food at the fancy restaurant was decent at most. I never got a feedback email after the stay, so I’m leaving my review here.

We had a lovely weekend together and were amazed by the stay. The staff put in so much effort to make it feel complete, and they were amazing. The pool is very small, more suited to kids, and the changing area is tiny. We’d have preferred to be nearer the old town, but taxis are cheap in Poland, so it didn’t affect us much. 10/10, I’d suggest this hotel.

We only stayed one night, but had a really pleasant visit. Even though we arrived quite early, the kind and helpful staff managed to get a room ready for us. The reception team were friendly and knowledgeable, and took time to point out places to see nearby. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good range of food. We’d gladly stay again.

Had a wonderful two-night stay. The front desk and cafe staff gave excellent service and made it memorable, and the beds were comfy with a clean bathroom. I still vividly remember Wieliczka Salt Mine, which completely captivated and mesmerized me. Its chambers and chapels are amazing, and it definitely deserves its UNESCO World Heritage status.

The breakfast selection stayed the same on both mornings, but there was enough choice for us to try different things each day. We had a lovely two-night stay, with a very clean room, comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom.
