The bar and restaurant were a bit confusing to use because there wasn’t much information about their hours. The staff were always happy to help, and their English was absolutely fine. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, and the hotel itself is a grand, beautiful building.

We stayed from July 21st to 26th, 2019, and couldn’t fault anything. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the bathroom had everything we needed. Our room, number 12, was very large, quiet, and had a lovely view. The hotel felt luxurious, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice, and the hotel and its common areas were very clean. The Wi-Fi, though, was horrible in my room, practically nonexistent. It would come on briefly and then disappear. I can’t say for sure whether the issue was limited to my room.

The old style atmosphere in the rooms is lovely, and everything was clean. Good value, great service, and a handy location, about five minutes on foot from the old town square and river. The rooms were cleaned and the beds made each day. Wi-Fi was okay. The toasters could use replacing.

Friendly staff, a great location, and an amazing hotel. It’s about a ten-minute walk to the centre of Krakow. I’d definitely go back.
