The location worked well for us, close to the city and major spots like the main square, and the rate for two nights was about what other places charge for one. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, and the room itself was good. We stayed in the eden room in July, though, and its overhead skylight made it painfully hot. Even with both fans running full blast, it was still too warm. They should find a way to shade the skylight during summer days. Given the price, I can't complain too much.

I only wanted to reschedule, but the woman who answered the phone, 537-993-463, said she didn't care and hung up. Her rudeness was beyond description. There are plenty of other hostels, so avoid this one. Why would they hire someone like that? Drama!

Edem's room was unbelievably hot and stuffy. I ended up sitting there shirtless with the fan on, and the stench was unbearable. Worst place I've ever stayed, definitely. For the same price, Hostel Rynek 7 Katowice or Pałacyk Hotel in Łódź are a whole different world, with a genuinely luxurious feel. I don't recommend this place at all. Terrible!

The best part was the people staying there. I got to talk with guests from different countries, which was really interesting. The rooms were clean and had no bad smells, and the hostel itself was worth the stay. It's right in the city center, and I was surprised by how much it cost. We didn't get to see the management, though, and nobody opened the door for 30 minutes.

We booked a room for two through booking.com, but that room isn't available in the apartment. It was a fake promotion, and they won't refund our money. The staff only speak Polish and didn't seem interested in helping or interacting with guests. Their support also only speaks Polish.
