We had a great stay, and the staff were a big part of it. You have to ring the bell to be let in by the night staff after a certain hour, which made things feel safe. It also gave our group of middle-aged women a good laugh, like naughty kids coming in after enjoying the fantastic nightlife. We laughed a lot. Our rooms were clean, quiet and serviced daily. The triple room was huge and just right, and the double room was good too. Breakfast was traditional and basic, enough to set us up until we ate more of Krakow's delights. The coffee was good. There's no fridge, but on our February trip the milk stayed outside on the window ledge, perfect! The location is absolutely spot on, in the heart of Old Town and an easy walk to the station and Jewish quarter. Thanks to everyone. I'd recommend it.

Our triple room was huge and warm, even on our November visit. There's no fridge in the room, but guests can use a communal one. Breakfast is basic, and the breakfast room is only reached by stairs. The hotel is really close to the square, in a great spot for the old town. There's no air conditioning, so I imagine it gets hot in summer.

The hotel arranged a taxi transfer to Kraków Airport for us. It was smooth, reliable and very reasonably priced at 140 PLN. We didn't have breakfast, but everything else exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional, friendly and always ready to help. They made us feel welcome from start to finish. Hotel Rezydent is in a great location. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.

Our room was at the back, so it was very quiet despite the hotel's spot close to the main square. The rooms are large, the beds lovely and comfortable, breakfast has a good selection, and the staff are friendly. Great hotel in a prime location.

The beds were comfortable and you can't grumble at the price. It's a great location just off the main square, though the front rooms are a little noisy, which you'd expect there.
