Royal Parkside

We felt at home here. The staff, especially Anna, were kind and very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed, though we could have used more closet space for clothes. It’s a wonderful apartment hotel in a great spot in Krakow.

Our apartment was in the building farther from the street, so it was very quiet. The location was convenient, just three minutes from the Old Town, and it was great that they offered parking, though you need to book it in advance. We stayed one night in a two-bedroom apartment. Both rooms were really tiny, but that wasn’t a problem for such a short stay. There was a small kitchenette for preparing basic things. Breakfast was quite simple, and the serving area didn’t have much space, so it could get crowded. The bathroom needed a thorough clean, as the smell from the toilet was off-putting.

We love Krakow and have stayed at these apartments on three trips now. The superior apartments we had on two visits were stunning. It’s about a five-minute walk to the Main Square in the old town. We’d absolutely stay again, and we intend to.

The apartment was warm, quiet and cozy, even though it was a cool time of year. The TV had Netflix and YouTube among its options, so we had what we needed. Staff were helpful and understood English. It’s within walking distance of the station and the main plaza in Kraków. There are small supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby, plus a well-priced place to eat opposite.
