Salwator Apartments

The landlord and his mother, who signed the lease with me, seem to be doing everything they can to keep the security deposit. They were rude and threatened to sue me. They even kept part of it over a light bulb, which I hadn’t used during the two years I lived in the apartment. I don’t recommend this place and advise staying away from these apartments.

I’d warn people against renting here. The landlords seem dishonest and try to get as much money as possible from tenants, relying on one-sided contracts that make them feel untouchable. With a mixed-use apartment, watch out for bedbugs, which can be prone to infestations. Of course, like everything else, those are the landlord’s fault. I strongly advise against any contact with this place.

The host was nice, but there were dead spiders under the bed, the mattresses smelled, and there was mold in the bathroom.

The location is why I’m giving it two stars. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
