The service was very friendly, but the apartment had a strong cigarette smell that wouldn’t go away, no matter how much we aired it out. They offered air fresheners, but the smell seemed soaked into the place and nothing would have helped. We often rent apartments and don’t expect much, but even the basics were missing here: there were no mugs for coffee or tea, and the shower drain was clogged, so the whole bathroom flooded every time.
