Sodispar Aparthotel Apartments

The flat worked well for getting together with several of my industry colleagues while attending conferences, since it had several bedrooms. It was near all the action in Krakow, nicely furnished and very clean, with a fully working kitchen and all amenities. The Sodispar management were kind enough to meet me twice to make sure I got the keys. Highly recommended!

Helpful staff with very good English, and the apartments arranged an excellent taxi service to wherever you wanted to go. The place was clean and had all the amenities you'd need. It's central, about a 10-minute walk to the main square.

I stayed at the (Edmonton) Sodispar Apartment in Krakow, Poland, in July 2012. The apartment was clean and fairly spacious, and otherwise okay. But on my second night, someone broke in while I was across the hallway using the Internet. Both the building entrance and apartment doors were locked, and there was no sign of forced entry, so they must have had keys. Two of my bags were stolen, including my passport, iPod, and about $700 in cash. I couldn't meet Jerzy, the Sodispar Apartment owner, until several weeks later, as he was vacationing in Greece when the burglary happened. I'll never stay in a Sodispar Apartment again.

My bookings were for the end of July 2020, but my flight was canceled because of Covid-19. I contacted Sodispar to ask politely for a refund or at least to move the dates to a later time. They replied once, saying I could postpone the booking only until September, but I couldn't book a flight for then. I tried to contact them again more than once, and they ignored me.
