After a chilly day out exploring the city, coming back to the hotel felt like returning to a warm cocoon, and we couldn’t wait to enjoy the facilities again. It’s set in a 14th century historic building, within walking distance of the town’s main landmarks. The shared areas have interesting art in key spots, and all the details feel thoughtfully done. The staff are exceptionally attentive and made for an excellent guest experience. Highly recommend.

The staff made a strong impression on me: the reception team was welcoming and genuinely helpful, check-in was quick, and they handled my questions and requests professionally and with a smile. I also had dinner at GAIA restaurant, where the food and service were outstanding and the atmosphere felt special. The wellness area was another highlight, with a clean, pleasantly warm pool that was a good length for swimming, plus a modern gym with everything needed to keep up a workout while travelling. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the spacious bathroom had lovely finishing details. Stradom House itself is impressive, a historic building with an elegant modern interior. I had a fantastic stay, among the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Kraków. Highly recommended for a relaxing break, a romantic weekend, or a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Breakfast stood out, with plenty of fresh, tasty, high quality choices, all nicely presented. The cleanliness was excellent, and the water amenities felt luxurious and relaxing, with thoughtful design. From the entrance through to the room, the atmosphere at the Stradom Hotel in Krakow felt calm, refined, and welcoming. It was a comfortable, elegant stay and a great overall hotel experience.

We had a lovely room on the 4th floor, and the staff took care of everything we needed or asked for. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and we had a really nice time. We travel with a cat and had no issues at all. The team were accommodating, friendly, and curious about the cat. Thanks to everyone at the hotel! ❤️ We enjoyed the whole stay at Stradom House. Dinner at Gaia was great, with good food, biodynamic wine, and a nice atmosphere, while Bar Hedwig is amazingly beautiful. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen, and the spa was nice too, with a sauna, pool, and healthy smoothies with ashwaganda. I’m less sure about the massage pricing, though the experience itself was nice.
