The room interior looks like a concentration camp. I’ve traveled extensively, and this was by far my worst hotel experience. I still haven’t received an apology or even an acknowledgment from the hotel. The hot water ran cold partway through my shower after just a few minutes, so I had to finish in freezing water during single-digit temperatures in Poland. I reported it to reception the next morning and they promised to fix it, but the problem continued throughout my stay. Other guests told me they had the same issue. Getting back into my room in the evening was another problem. Neither the access code nor the key card they gave me worked, and reception closes at 6 PM. No one was there to help. The two numbers on the reception door were both unreachable. I was stuck in the corridor for over half an hour with my belongings locked inside, nearly to the point of calling the police. Some other guests passing by shared additional hotel numbers, and one finally worked after repeated calls. When I raised these problems at reception the next day, the staff member was shockingly rude and dismissive. She showed no empathy or apology, and blamed me, asking things like, "Did you use up all the hot water?" and “We have numbers posted on the door, did you try calling them?” Save yourself the risk and trouble and stay elsewhere.

Check-in was easy to do myself in the evening, and the location was really good. The room was clean and warm, and the water was warm/hot too. Everything else was fine, but the Wi-Fi was extremely slow.

Plenty of restaurants and inexpensive places to eat nearby, and the location made it easy to explore the city. The room was bright, spacious, and clean. Excellent value.

For a trip to Krakow, the location is hard to beat, especially at this price. Our room had a modern look and was very clean, with pretty comfortable beds. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was modern and the shower had lovely warm water.
