We stayed four nights, from December 28, 2025 to January 1, 2026. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the castle is just 10 minutes away, with the market square a 20-minute walk. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location worked well for us, close to the Wisła river and within walking distance of the Old Town. The rooms were clean, cosy, and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Staff were nice, helpful, and open. There's private parking too. For a 3-star hotel, it's really good. Strongly recommend.

We stayed three nights. The neighborhood was quiet, and the room was large and very clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and good, with a nice range of options. It's about a 30-minute walk to the city center and 15 minutes to Wawel Castle. Parking is available for 20 PLN per day.

The rooms are basic, but the beds are excellent, with bedding that suited the season well. It's quiet and close to the center, and there's parking on-site.

It's a lovely old little palace in a perfect part of Kraków. The service was great, thanks to some very special people.
