The corridors can be heard through the doors, so bring earplugs. Apart from that, we had a wonderful stay: the rooms were large, clean, and in good shape, and everything was in order. The staff were kind and very helpful. The location worked perfectly for us, close to the tram and downtown.

We were a big group, and having a fully equipped kitchen in every exceptionally clean room made things really convenient. Breakfast was just right, fresh, tasty, and with lots to choose from. The hotel felt modern and comfortable, and it was right in the center of everything. We all loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Kraków.

Getting around was easy with a tram stop and electric scooter rental stations nearby. The hotel is close to the city center, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel itself is extremely beautiful.

The hotel stay itself was great, and we're planning to come back for New Year. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and breakfast had a huge range of choices. The location made it easy to walk to the sights and sounds of Kraków. Thanks to the management and staff for a lovely stay. The problem was the tour company the hotel uses and recommends for Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. We booked on the hotel's recommendation, then at 1600 the day before the trip were told pickup was at 0330 and that we'd need to be ready for a two hour wait for tickets on arrival. After looking at reviews, I saw this happens regularly with the company. I know the hotel can't control the tour operator, but because they recommend it, I think this reflects on them.

Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the room was nice, with a kettle, microwave, and fridge. The hotel was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the heart of the old city.
