2/10
We booked this place for some friends who were staying locally. The woman at another location where they collected the keys was helpful and professional, so things started well. They only got one set of keys, though, which wasn't enough for a group of three or four. The apartment was dirty and the shower was broken, but they fixed it. The AC worked. Still, it felt cheaply maintained, like a motel, and the person collecting the keys at checkout was abrasive. Why couldn't they meet guests at the property for check-in? Very disappointing. Avoid if you can.

I stayed in the attic apartment from Nov 11 to Dec 5, and it was cold the whole time, even with the heating at its highest. The radiators kept switching on and off. The place is quiet, but on weekends, kids playing soccer across the road woke me up early whenever I wanted to sleep in. There was no elevator, and getting my luggage up the narrow stairs to the fourth floor was inconvenient, or the third if you count the ground floor as zero.

The area around the house is nice, but inside it smells really bad. Everything is old and damaged, and the floor and furniture creak and are stained.

A little pricey, though the location is good. Unfortunately, none of the apartments have an oven.

A lovely place, and the price felt very reasonable for the quality.
