Hotel Śnieżka felt cozy and peaceful, with an authentic character and a personal touch. It was more like being welcomed into someone's home than staying in a hotel, and we appreciated the thoughtful details and attentive service. Ms. Anna deserves a special thank you. She was kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay, making sure things were taken care of with real care. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. I'd happily recommend Hotel Śnieżka to anyone visiting Krosno, and we'll definitely return.

We arrived on January 1st, when everything else was closed, and the administrator Anna warmly welcomed us and prepared a meal. She also shared plenty of useful tips, which helped us make the most of our short visit to this beautiful region of Poland. Hotel Śnieźka in Krosno was cozy and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good, with both sweet and savory choices like eggs, ham, sausage, pancakes, and cheese. The staff were kind and nice. Not everyone speaks English, but they try to communicate by showing things. The parking area is small, but they sorted it out. A really good spot for a relaxing long weekend. I recommend it.

For a two-star hotel, this is worth five stars to me. I was happy to have free parking, and the center is about a 15-minute walk away. The staff were great, and even tried speaking French with me, which is rare! I ordered food and the dishes were really good too.
