Apartamenty Sun & Snow Gdańska II

The apartment is near the reservoir, and the bedroom decor was a plus, as was the convenient underground parking. But the building needs updating, and the ground-floor apartment faces the street, so we heard traffic, shop customers next door, and neighbors on their balconies. We had to cover the windows. The bathroom was damp and the towels didn’t dry properly. Kitchen appliances need replacing, for example, the frying pans were burnt or bent. The garage door was troublesome throughout our stay, sticking, blocking, and not responding, so getting out of the underground car park was a hassle each time. Check-in was also a problem. We booked and paid through the Sun & Snow website in the morning, received confirmation and keys, but the apartment hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. The regional company phone service said they couldn’t see our booking in the system. The cleaners came right away, but our 4:00 PM check-in was delayed by the cleaning, with no compensation. Since the key pickup point is elsewhere, in central Krynica Morska, and keys aren’t available before 3:45 PM, we finally got in after 5:30 PM. Coming from far away, that was an exceptionally long wait for a family with children.
