My mum has difficulty walking and uses a walker, and the hotel was 100% ready for guests with disabilities. The staff and owner deserve credit for that. We both felt so at home. It's right in the centre of Krynica Morska, and the staff are super nice. The modern, cozy rooms, great service, food, atmosphere, and everything else offered here were excellent. The spa area was amazing and so relaxing. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Poland. I really, really recommend it 😍

Breakfast was satisfying and delicious, with a great choice of food. The kitchen is super! This cozy hotel is in the heart of town, near the park and the sea, and has lovely views of the city. The service and room amenities were top level and well matched to the price. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and professional. Everything was fine!

The room was tiny, though clean and tidy. The location works if you're after a noisy center, and the beach is a 20-25 minute walk away. The price doesn't match the standard, which certainly isn't worthy of any stars. There's plenty of space close by, so don't use the hotel parking. I don't recommend it.

After a 100 km bike ride today, I went into the hotel because the food menu looked appealing. As I approached the door, the receptionist rushed over and said something about my appearance in Polish. I asked her to repeat it in English and explained I just wanted to know if I could have dinner there. Once she realized I was a foreigner, she wouldn't repeat what she'd said. Instead, she told me the kitchen was closed, even though people outside were sitting with food. I felt embarrassed. It seems inflation in Poland isn't high enough for paying customers to be welcome if there's a bit of dirt on the lower part of their pants.

Very recommendable, nice and tidy, with excellent breakfast and dinner. If I come back to the region, I'll definitely stay here again.
