White Resort

The room wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, which ended up being cut short to three days and two nights. We even had to go out and buy toilet paper. The reception staff were all men and extremely rude, especially the older man, whose manner reminded me of someone from a dictatorship in the past. We couldn't get a parking space, so they put our car on the grass beside the gate. The air conditioning was just a fan, as shown in the photo. Breakfast was very limited, with only one plate size. We also ate in the afternoon once, but arrived half an hour before the end and found almost no food left, with no buffet refills. Drinks were limited to water, either plain or with a slice of lemon. The owner was arrogance personified. After we decided to leave early, he doubled the price we had agreed on beforehand. We were told certain things would be provided, but they weren't there when we arrived. The room claimed to be four stars, even though the hotel is rated three. The photos and name make the place look much bigger and better than it is. Don't trust the aerial photos, as they show three other buildings, including at least one hotel, that have nothing to do with this property. Check the regulations before paying anything, and if something is promised in advance, make sure it's there when you arrive. I strongly advise against paying ahead. That's how we lost half our money. I've travelled all over the world, from Norway to Australia and across every continent, and never rated any stay below average before. This was the exception, and the worst hotel experience of my life.
