Good.

The biggest letdown was finding out about the cleaning fee only when we arrived. For that amount, I’d have expected at least daily towel changes, or supplies like toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. We also had to find street parking because there was no space for us. Our ground-floor apartment faced the road, so we heard traffic. It had a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The appliances were all OK, but paint was peeling and there was mold on the walls.

The apartments are comfortable, thoughtfully arranged, and have the essentials. Still, five bulbs had burned out. They replaced two important ones after we asked, while the others stayed out because we hadn’t noticed them. We’d been told there would be a storage unit for equipment, but it had been turned into a storage room instead. Parking also had to be sorted out at the last minute, so we found a different place that was less appealing. The location itself is central and close to the Henryk Ski slope, which is good for beginners. Apartments with balconies are at the back, away from the often-crowded Pilsudski Street side.

This was my second rental from this company. The previous one was in Warsaw, where the floors were covered with white renovation dust from work in the hallway, the sheets were dirty, and leaking washing machine pipes flooded the kitchen. That was bad enough, but there won't be a third time. In this place, the bathroom smell reaches the room, there’s no washing machine, and we had to move furniture around to make a bed. The TV remote seems to work, at least. The office entrance says they specialize in luxury apartments. I’m not asking for luxury, but I can’t call this comfortable either. I strongly advise against renting these "apartments" from the company.
