Sanatorium Energetyk

The apartment was lovely, though it did feel a little cold. The cleaning lady was very nice and checked whether we had everything we needed, then politely brought anything we asked for. The treatments were great, with kind staff who gave helpful advice about the procedures, a brief medical history, and modern equipment. Bringing a dog was no problem. We were back for a second stay from December 21 to December 27, and again left very happy. The food was fresh, delicious, varied, and suited to the diet plan. I’m on a demanding diet, and Mrs. Bogusia and the cooks handled it so well that everything was really tasty. The cooks clearly put a lot of care into healthy meals, and Mrs. Bogusia was especially warm and attentive to guests on diets. At Christmas Eve dinner, there was plenty of delicious fresh food, even pancakes, and everything was served warm and on time. Mrs. Bogusia and her daughter managed the whole room despite there being quite a few people. During the holidays there was also an extra table with coffee, cookies, and even garden lard. The only little downsides were that breakfast was served very early and the portions were so generous that people often left food. Thanks to everyone at Energetyka, including the Director, and an extra thank you to Ms. Bogusia for her lovely “treatment” ;).

The food was delicious and served in generous portions, and the rooms were decently equipped. What stood out most was the kind, capable staff throughout the sanatorium, from the helpful receptionists to the lovely director, physiotherapists, and waitresses. The one drawback during our stay was smoke from the chimney in the neighboring building.

We came back for a second Christmas package, and the Christmas Eve dinner was beautifully laid out with delicious dishes. The meals in general were generous and nicely presented, though a lot was left on the plates. Breakfast could be served a little later. The food was delicious, and everyone we dealt with, from the kitchen to reception and rehabilitation, was friendly, helpful, and professional. I recommend staying here, and agree completely with my sister’s assessment.

The meals were tasty, home-cooked, varied, and so generous that we sometimes couldn’t finish them. In other spas we’ve visited, we had to eat out, so I think they could learn from Energetyk. The whole stay, which began on October 15 this year and ends tomorrow, has been a good experience. We hope my wife and I can return someday, and it’s hard to leave. What made the biggest impression was how thoughtful everyone was, from reception to the friendly maid who cleaned our room, 213, among others. She greeted us warmly, and the room was cleaned every two days, always left spotless and fresh. The treatment staff were patient and caring too, including Beata and Maria. At the hydromassage stations, the physiotherapist greeted and said goodbye to everyone with a smile each day. Starting treatments at seven in the morning didn’t bother us. One small minus: the maintenance man didn’t quite keep his word, but the receptionist stepped in and sorted it out. Congratulations to the management for having such welcoming staff.
