The building is really nice.

A nice place.

The cultural and entertainment program is varied, and the views make the visit worthwhile. I also found the treatments professional and top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The building itself is beautiful and historic, right in the center of Krynica-Zdrój. Room quality depends a lot on which one you get: rooms with private bathrooms are very good, while a bathroom in the hallway means sharing with both men and women, with long lines before breakfast.

Breakfast is included and good, and the service was good too. The price is low. The rooms are clean and very warm, even with -8°C outside, though nothing special otherwise. I never had to wait to use the shared restroom or take a shower. The building looks great, and the spot is excellent, right on the main promenade and beside the Main Beskid Trail.

My reservation showed as available on Booking.com, but the property said it wasn't there. I only give one star when I'm ignored, and that's what happened. The receptionist cut off our conversation to help another guest without even finishing it.
