The food was fresh, tasty, and almost like home cooking. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful too. When I lost my apartment keys and couldn't find them, they really helped me look. The rooms are well-equipped, with a choice of forest or Parkowa Mountain views, and it's a great place to relax in beautiful surroundings. They organize holiday deals and special events, including New Year's Eve and sleigh rides. You can also use the computers if you don't have internet on your phone. The location is great, and I highly recommend the guesthouse.

It's an easy walk to the center, and the staff are friendly and helpful. This place suits groups, with rooms for socializing and games. The food is traditional, filling, and served in generous portions. The rooms are spacious and have what you need, including a bed and shower, so it's fine for people who come to explore rather than spend their time in the room. One downside in winter: friends said the heating was weaker in the second building.

The receptionists were wonderful, kind, accommodating, and quick to help find solutions. Regina and Janeczka would make even Hilton proud. Food was served at the table, with a separate table always stocked with cereal and milk. I don't usually put warm milk on cereal, but getting a carton was no problem, and after only two days a young kitchen worker asked if I needed any. A small thing, but not every hotel offers that. My family and Zosia's group from Łuków and I stayed at the Triumfy resort in Krynica. It's in the city center, with rooms overlooking the promenade and Parkowa Mountain. The rooms were clean, had balconies, were cleaned daily, and came with towels, which isn't even usual at star hotels. I've stayed in places with all sorts of ratings, and stars alone don't create the atmosphere. The staff here are incredibly friendly, and I consider the stay a great success. I highly recommend the guesthouse and hope we'll meet again.

The staff are the biggest plus, friendly and very helpful, and the location is great. Go down the stairs and you're at the promenade, the pump room, and more. Breakfast was fresh when more guests came for the weekend, but during the week it was stale and seemed reheated from days before. The selection was very poor, almost nonexistent, and the food felt as cheap as possible. The room was cold, though there was an electric heater. The building may have been a big hit in 1985, but today it feels like visiting Grandma's, mothball smells included. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. There's almost no parking: perhaps six cars fit by the building, and people have to coordinate departures. You can park nearby on the road, where the meter is 2 PLN/hour on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but parking is free on weekends. Still, accommodation is quite okay, and you don't come to Krynica just to sit in your room. I recommend it to people who value a good location and a pleasant stay.
