It was okay for one night, but not for the price they charge.

We booked our own apartment after arriving in town the day before a wedding, and what we found inside really surprised us in the best way. The owner seemed to care more about guests' well-being than money, and welcomed us so warmly that we left feeling just as welcome. We arrived and departed with such kind greetings, and we're grateful for it. The place felt like home, the service was friendly, and we're very happy with our stay. If we come back, it'll be here. Thanks to the owner for the warm welcome, and we wish you many lovely customers. We'll return ❤️

The room was cold at night. I can't tell whether the heating was off, the radiators needed bleeding, or they simply weren't working well. The front desk ladies were nice, but some rooms don't have TVs. There were no kettles, glasses, or teaspoons either, things I expect in a hotel rather than a hostel. Stacja Kutno used to be better, with a restaurant where you could have dinner, tea, or coffee, and get drinks. This place is still being renovated, and at the moment it's just so-so.

A great atmosphere and a great place. The staff are friendly and helpful, and make you want to return. I recommend it.
