I came to the restaurant yesterday with my mother, who’s in her 70s, soon after we arrived for a two-week spa stay in Lądek-Zdrój. I only wanted to take a quick look inside before deciding whether to eat there. The owner/waitress stopped us abruptly at the door, said I should look online if I wanted to see the restaurant, pointed out the menu outside, and told us we couldn’t come in. After travelling from London and looking forward to a pleasant stay in Poland, that felt like a bucket of ice-cold water. It was a shocking first experience of poor customer service.

I loved how calm and peaceful the surroundings were, whether I was sitting outside, eating in the excellent restaurant, or just taking in the quiet. My room was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, and made me feel at home. I recently had a delightful stay at Rezydencja Grawert Hotel, and would highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway. I hope to return.

The staff’s genuine care came through in every pleasant interaction. The garden was a peaceful place to unwind, and the spa offered rejuvenating treatments. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of choices. I recently stayed at the Rezydencja Grawert Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the elegant, calming decor and the way everything was maintained. My spotless, cosy room made for a restful night, and I felt welcome and well looked after from arrival. A peaceful, welcoming retreat. Highly recommended.

After five days here I felt completely refreshed. The room was clean, breakfast was amazing, and the hospitality was astonishing. I loved the newly-established garden and Turkish sauna. A great escape from big cities, definitely recommended.

Fresh breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with something to please your taste, along with excellent service. It’s a stylish, distinctive, clean little hotel with a welcoming, 19th century feel, facing the oldest stunning park. One of those places you’ll always remember.
