We were four friends in the topmost cottage, and it was comfortable, clean, and well equipped for us. We parked right beside it, entering from the top of the property. The staff were helpful and friendly. The lake and water sports rentals are close by, yet it was peaceful even near the center. The special microclimate kept things pleasant when other places were scorching. There's a 3.6 km path starting by the center for walking and cycling. We ran and biked it many times, doing 250 km by bike and 30 km on foot. Great for active people! The “Na Skarpie” pizzeria is 100 meters from the cottage. The pizza is delicious and inexpensive, though sometimes it's hard to find it open. When friends asked what the place was like, I said, “A fairy tale.” That really is the name of the resort. Highly recommend it!

The cottage has basically what you need for a holiday, and we picked Bajka 3 because it's quieter. But if you care about the standard, be prepared: the beds are uncomfortable and the cottages need refreshing. At 360 PLN, it's expensive. Across the lake, competitors are cheaper and offer a higher standard. The walls in our cottage were dirty and scratched, the mattresses had lost their comfort and seemed not to have been replaced in years, and the toilet clogs, so you have to flush it 2-3 times. Given the good location, I suspect the owner decided not to invest. Someone less demanding may still be happy here, but for me it's 3/5. For families with kids, cottage 1 is the right choice. It connects directly to the playground, so the children have room to run while parents can relax and feel safe. The closest beach is 50 meters away, with sand, shallow water, and a playground. The website and banners say mountain bikes can be rented, but in practice you can't rent them. The owner said he'd need to hire a mechanic to adjust the gears, so he removed the bikes. Why leave the website and banners saying otherwise? It's a waste of time. I live somewhere that cares about the environment and sorts its waste, but at Bajka3 we were told to put bottles in the regular bins. Maybe that's the municipality's fault, or maybe I'm being too hard on the resort, but that attitude was shocking.

We spent most of our week in the barbecue hut and grilled every day. The whole fishing lodge easily fit 15 of us with room to spare. Each bedroom had its own fridge and bathroom, and everything was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. There's a playground for children, plus pedal boats and mountain bikes for rent at the resort. You can fish here too, and the bonfire spot is 50 meters away while the beach is 100 meters off. Highly recommend it. I'm sure anyone who visits once will come back!

For 200 PLN a night, room 3 is way overpriced. There was sand under the rug, cobwebs on the walls, and dead insects that looked awful, though a quick wipe would have taken care of them. A cable was dangling from the wall, and the mugs in the shared kitchen looked like the one in the photo. There's potential here, but the owner puts people off returning instead of investing a little. He didn't even check whether everything was okay, though one phone call would have done it. Mrs. Stenia was nice, but could've avoided swearing outside her window at 7:00 a.m.
