Ayur Garden

The garden and wooden interiors are what let me properly switch off here. In the forest, the leaves rustle and there are beautiful colorful mushrooms; back at the window, you can hear birds in the morning. The rooms are cozy, the mattresses comfortable, and the view is one of a kind. Lanckorona feels like a fairy tale to me, a place that clears your heart and brings back strength and joy in life. My family and I have come back to Ayur Garden in different seasons. We've enjoyed golden autumn walks, quiet winter evenings by the fireplace, lively midsummer mornings, and time among the flowers in the large garden. There's a distinctive high-vibration feel to the place, and the wild surroundings help me leave the rest of the world behind. The wooden rooms make it easy to relax deeply. We've tried quite a range at the vegetarian restaurant: lavender cheesecake, pizza with local mushrooms, Italian pasta, Indian rice dishes, a French omelet, and tiramisu. The coffee is excellent, and there's a broad choice of teas. Prices are higher than at some other guesthouses nearby, but to me the quality is clearly there. Nobody hurries you, and the kitchen takes its time cooking with care and heart. A few years ago, when we realized Ayur Garden had a Hindu ashram, we joined. We got to meditate with a spiritual guide and take part in a fire ceremony around a bonfire, with interesting people gathered to strengthen love and share joy. We met Hindus, Muslims, Christians, and people from all over Poland and the world. If you're after something fast, cheap, and plentiful, this probably isn't your place. It doesn't feel like a mainstream capitalist trap, but like a welcoming community living in harmony. We highly recommend it. Thank you, Mr. Francis, for all the experiences. See you again soon.

We asked for vegan food, and the pasta came with such an unexpected, delicious mix of spices and flavors. I'd love to see more vegan choices on the menu. The price is a little high, but the experience feels unlike any other restaurant and is worth it. It's a beautiful spot with great energy, and the owner is open and interesting, with a creativity that's contagious.

After a long journey, we arrived completely frozen, and the winter tea really hit the spot. The honey pancakes were just right, and the cappuccino was delicious too. I'd recommend the tiramisu as well.
