Apartament przy Parku

Check-in and checkout were easy, and the location was great. The apartment was clean and had a kitchen.

We spent a few days in apartment no. 4 and came away with fond memories. The rooms were spacious, including a large kitchen and dining area, and everything inside was clean and fresh-smelling. It’s close to the park, and the owner communicated really well. We highly recommend staying here.

Mixed feelings about apartment no. 4, where I stayed on the top floor. The two balconies were nice, as were the comfortable beds and towels. It’s a large 65 m² place with two big rooms, double and single beds for up to six, plus a bathroom, kitchen and dining room. There’s a hairdryer, fan and basic kitchen gear. Service was very friendly. The location is brilliant, close to the market square, cafes, ice cream shops and stores, with the park across the road, about 25 meters from the building. The apartment could use some work. The walls are dirty, furniture scratched, curtains and mosquito nets torn, and the toilet lid is broken. Some dishwasher buttons are stuck inside. The combi boiler doesn’t work properly, so in the shower the water keeps swinging between boiling hot and cold, and the pressure is very low. The kitchen floor sits about 1.5 cm below the rest, an easy place to trip if you don’t lift your feet enough. The stairwell has a creepy smell and decor. I got a laugh out of the Christmas tree lights taped to the door with brown packing tape :) There aren’t many power outlets, as is common in older buildings, so an extension cord could be handy. Parking is behind the building and supposedly fits three cars, but the entrance and lot are both tight, so turning around is difficult. Usually you drive in from the front and leave at the back. The place seems clean, but the dining table, chairs and windowsills were dusty. There are two TVs. The older one has DVB-T2 and gets everything; the newer LG has built-in DVB-T and only gets three Polish Television channels. I wasn’t there to watch TV, though. The bathroom is tiny, and my knees hit the cabinet under the sink when I sat on the toilet. It was okay overall, but needs maintenance and updating. Katarzyna was very kind and helpful.

Nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. The park is only three steps away. I recommend it.
