The location and service were excellent, but the room was a mess. There were chips behind the bed and a peanut right in the middle of the floor. The skylight blind was torn and hanging down, almost falling off. If the cleaning staff had put in some effort, I think the room might have been okay.

The triple room was roomy and comfortable, and the balcony was spacious. Arkuna is right in the center of Łeba, yet we couldn’t hear the traffic from the street. We found the staff really friendly and helpful. I’ve just come back from my holiday and would happily recommend the resort. We’d love to come back with the family.

The location and price are the only things in its favor. There was dirt everywhere, and the furniture and beds were old and moldy. At night, cockroaches and other vermin crawled around, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless that doesn’t bother you. Parking fits four cars.

Since 2018, a different company has been running the place, and it’s been turned into a hotel called Hotel Arkun. I can’t see why anyone would try to mislead people about that. The hotel’s standard is vastly different, right down to the bare minimum.
