The pool entrance works by handing one of your room cards to reception and getting a pool card in return. I wonder if there's a limit on how many people can go in. Reception is open until 8:00 PM. The hotel sits in a quiet area, though the construction site across the road can be noisy. It's about a 10-minute walk through the woods. Our room was clean, but in the third-floor rooms, wind could bring an unpleasant smell up from the shower drain. Boiling water poured down twice, luckily there were tea-making facilities, and telling the staff about it got rid of the smell. The bathroom is large and accessible for people with disabilities, with curtains, though the sloped ceiling is right overhead. Breakfast was very good, especially being able to make fruit and vegetable juices. Dinner was decided by the staff, so you didn't know what was coming. It would've helped to know in the morning. Tea was always at the buffet, but making it wasn't possible, even though all it needed was the water heater turned on. Lunch and dinner took an hour, which felt a bit rushed. The menu was uneven in taste and variety. It was an okay stay, but I wouldn't return.

The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were quiet, with no noise coming through the walls or from the halls. Room cleaning can be arranged ahead of time at reception. It also seems well suited to families with kids and to older guests. The newly renovated pool is the standout, with water features like benches and bubble beds. The water was around 28 degrees Celsius, while the jacuzzi was 30. It was small and often taken by families warming up. Saunas were still being built. There's a fitness room too, with exercise bikes, a treadmill, mirrors, and mats. I had a successful stay and might come back when the weather's warmer.

My wife and I were thrilled with the massage therapist's knowledge and approach. We had the treatment on February 22nd, and I want to thank her for it. The place itself is clean, peaceful, and the food is delicious, especially the dumplings. The staff pay attention to details. A very good facility, and we're already looking forward to coming back.

We had a week here as a group of nine and felt really looked after. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly, and the treatments ran on time with no queues. Highly recommended. Even in winter there was lots of fruit, and we could make our own juices from the prepared fruit and vegetables. Desserts weren't limited to dinner, either. There was also an evening with dancing and a karaoke recital. The pool had several jacuzzi options. It was GREAT!!!

The room was spotless, and the pool was fantastic. The reception ladies were kind and understanding, and the lifeguard was very nice too. Our only disappointment was the jacuzzi temperature, just 29 degrees Celsius. We really enjoyed the stay otherwise and highly recommend it ☺️
