The massage at the spa was excellent, and being so close to the beach was lovely. The rest of the stay was very disappointing. We were given the wrong dinner time, then had to push hard to get a refund. At checkout they tried to charge us twice, even though we'd already booked, and nobody had checked our reservation. The staff seemed uninterested in hospitality, and the whole attitude felt like they wanted our money and for us to leave them alone. There are two buildings, but we weren't told that one has much better pools, a hot tub, and other facilities. We had to wander around to work that out ourselves. The experience felt odd. Parking was charged separately, which seemed unreasonable for a place that was already overpriced. The marketing set expectations the hotel didn't meet. Our room felt budget, with a view of the bins, even though the place was only half full. At best, this felt like a three-star facility. I wouldn't spend my money here.

The food was a letdown too: the cold smoked chicken salad from the à la carte menu was so sad it wasn't edible. Parking cost 80zl a day, an unwelcome extra at an already overpriced place. Most people seem to need a car, since there's no quick, easy public transport option. The room was spacious but basic, with no particular view. Being close to the beach was nice, but there wasn't much else around. This didn't feel like a relaxing getaway for two. Families and children were everywhere, which is fine in a family hotel, but the wellness areas need some quieter time for adults. There are two indoor pools, one in each building, so making one adults-only could help. Kids were splashing and shouting even in the evening. We asked reception about a quiet room, perhaps a fireplace or reading room, and were pointed to the lobby, where people kept passing through. The outdoor jacuzzi was only lukewarm, the pool was cold, and the sauna, with its glass doors, felt more like a corridor than a relaxing space. I wouldn't come back.

Adriana Baran handled the arrangements for my mother's 90th birthday celebration, and she supported me throughout, taking care of every detail. I'd been worried about organizing it remotely by email, but there was no need. The evening meant a lot to everyone, especially my mother. The buffet was huge, fresh, and had a clear regional feel, with something for every taste. Staff were friendly and keen to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were kept in excellent condition, and the garden looked like something from a Gardena brochure. The sauna and outdoor pool were top-notch, with an attentive lifeguard keeping watch. Even with many guests and lots of small children, the hotel was remarkably peaceful. We had the wonderful few days we'd hoped for, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for a holiday or family celebration.

The garden is stunning, and the beach is so close. I loved the simple design too, which fits naturally with the greenery around the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. My son loved the swimming pool and all the activities during our December stay. I'd recommend it for a short or longer break, with kids or on your own.
