Willa Meander

The owners are wonderful and clearly care about their guests and the property. They create such a peaceful, idyllic atmosphere that it’s easy to relax here. There’s a lovely garden around the villa, with a pond, beautiful plants, and a place to unwind. Inside, the rooms are spotless and thoughtfully styled. The rustic décor shows the architect’s work, with everything arranged tastefully. Breakfast is delicious, with warm bread and lots of local treats made by the owners or brought in from trusted suppliers. The villa is centrally located on a side street, so it stays quiet. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away, and free parking is included in the price. Definitely a place I’d recommend.

The location was very good, the service fantastic, and breakfast really tasty. Honestly, everything was in order.

The hosts are cheerful, friendly, and helpful. When you arrive, they explain what’s available at the property and how to use it, then give you tips on getting around town and where to find things like burgers or fish. Our room had a fridge and a capsule coffee machine, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. Such a charming place.

The garden is beautiful and well kept, and it’s quiet here. The location is okay. I didn’t try breakfast, since the price put me off. Still, I left disappointed after booking a few days based on the positive reviews. For the price, the standard felt too low. The room wasn’t very clean, as the photos show: there were cobwebs, rusty shower shelves, and lots of bugs in the lamp. The shower is tiny, barely enough room to turn around, and there are no outlets right by the bed. The owner came across as unwilling to be bothered, even though she was supposedly nice. She told me to look for answers in the leaflet she gave me. Rooms are cleaned only on request, and towel changes work the same way. They call it environmentally friendly, but maybe it’s about saving costs. There’s also nobody at reception at any time, and even at checkout you have to go looking for the owners.
