Hotel Kamieniczka

We were surprised to find such a lovely hotel in this town. The room even came with an enormous terrace, something I don't think I've ever seen before. The beds were good, the rooms clean, and breakfast had a huge range of choices. Just what you need while traveling through Poland: a good night's sleep and a tasty breakfast.

The old town centre is an easy walk away, and our room looked out toward it. We also liked being able to open the window for fresh air. This is an old-style hotel with renovated bathrooms and plenty of space. Reception and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and even the cleaners greeted us in the morning. Breakfast was reasonably priced and suited both my wife and me, despite our different tastes. Free parking is at the back, though the spaces are limited, and they provided a kettle when we asked. The price was very good for what we got, so I'd stay again. There were a couple of drawbacks: my mattress sagged, while my wife's was fine, and some areas have steps without ramps, which could make getting around with luggage or a physical disability difficult.

I really liked the room's interior and the hotel's spacious feel. The dark wood details were nicely finished and worked well with the other colors. It felt cozy without being cramped, and the quality of the materials met a high standard. A great choice if you dislike small rooms or poor-quality finishes. :)

The room was very dated, and the walls and doors did nothing to keep corridor noise out. I also found the breakfast low quality. On top of that, I didn't feel welcome, and they weren't ready for my arrival. My worst experience ever, unfortunately. There are much better places nearby, so I can't recommend it.
