The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and had all the appliances we needed, including a kettle and refrigerator, plus there was a large patio with barbecue access and free parking. It's quiet and peaceful, close to Polańczyk and Solina, with a hiking trail through the forest. Beata, thank you so much for having us! I highly recommend this property.

There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms or outside, which was a real problem since I work remotely and we booked based on the description saying Wi-Fi was included. Without it, this place doesn't work for us. The room was clean and okay, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. We chose it because of the positive reviews, and I completely disagree with them. The owners weren't friendly, and I found them rude. I felt as if the lady thought handing us the room keys was a huge favor. We also hadn't realized there was a kitchen, and when we asked, she rudely said, "Didn't you know that?"

The hostess was wonderful, making time for everyone and greeting each guest herself. The rooms were spotless and truly lovely. With hosts like these, the Bieszczady Mountains feel even more beautiful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

The location is a bit far from Polańczyk, but it wasn't a problem, and the ample parking made up for it. There's a beautiful view from the window, and a fairly well-stocked shop is just a stone's throw away for the area. The room was meticulously renovated, without the imperfections you often find in other places around Poland. You can tell the people running it put their heart and soul into making guests comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent too. I called before we arrived with a few questions and got calm, reliable answers. It's a pleasure talking to people like that :) The room and whole property made a huge impression on us. We've never encountered such cleanliness or such care to make guests feel "at home". The owner and the others we spoke to were kind and checked that everything was all right. Our room had a TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, and basic cutlery, plates, and cups, so we didn't have to keep going to the shared kitchen. That kitchen was the best-equipped I've ever seen, with all kinds of glasses, dishes, and cutlery, plus an oven, broiler, toaster, and even a special pan for pancakes, which I love making! There was a hairdryer in the bathroom too, a lifesaver after I forgot mine. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Excellent quality, reasonable price, and a good location.
