I wouldn't recommend booking here. Getting in touch with the person handling the reservation was already difficult. I booked the cottage two weeks before arriving, then paid a 290 PLN deposit. Two days later, I let them know I couldn't make the trip and had to cancel. I tried reaching them by text and got a reply saying the money would be returned. Four days went by, so I called and was told: "Stop calling me, the money has been sent, but it will take time, as I don't handle it." Two weeks after cancelling, there was still no refund. When I tried again, I was told: "Please provide your account number, as my partner is on vacation and doesn't have a second phone with him." I sent my account details. Another week has passed and I still haven't got the deposit back. I stand by what I’ve said, I don’t recommend this place.

The dam is 2 km away, and the jacuzzi is only available with one of the cottages. The cottage itself was fairly standard, with no oven or frying pan. There is a washing machine, but it isn’t connected, so don’t expect to do laundry. We were disappointed when we arrived after seeing the ad. The mountain view can be enjoyed on a phone or TV, and bringing your own internet connection means there’s no lag. We’ll still come back to the Bieszczady Mountains, just not stay with you again.

The location near Solina was good, the pool was kept up, the appliances seemed fairly new, and the internet worked well. But for what we paid, the quality was nowhere near enough. Our first cottage had several damaged things, including the grill, shower, and window, and one bed smelled musty. After we raised it, they moved us to a similar cottage. In the freezer there was a cracked glass bottle that had frozen. The second place had no major faults, though its quality was still low to average. Both cottages seemed poorly built and badly managed.

The hosts were so kind and ready to help, and the cottages are clean and nicely equipped. It’s a peaceful neighborhood, just right for a break. We’ll be back for sure! :)
