OW Polkard

The food was wonderful, the staff very nice, and the prices good. Thanks, I’ll be back next year.

Nice place, great food, and lovely staff.

I’m really disappointed. I had booked for three adults and a two-year-old, then called the manager to confirm and explain that we’d arrive very late, after 9:00 PM. He said everything was ready and told me to call if needed. At 9:30 PM I tried to let him know we’d be later still, but nobody answered despite my repeated calls. When we finally arrived, it was dark, no one responded to the doorbell, and the phone was still silent. We were there with a two-year-old and ended up with nowhere to stay in the middle of the night. The owner is irresponsible.

The staff made us feel comfortable and welcome from the start. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Our elegant, spacious room had a refrigerator, which was very convenient, and pets are allowed, making the trip even nicer. There’s also a bar serving delicious meals. Breakfast and lunch were carefully prepared and reasonably priced. It’s a lovely resort for a relaxing holiday, whether you’re with family, a partner, or on your own. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.
