The room was clean and modern, nicer than some other B&B hotels I’ve used. Breakfast was another story. We came on a weekend about an hour before closing, and all the bread and most of the cold cuts were gone. Nobody seemed to be replacing them, and the hot food looked so unappetizing I didn’t try it. Even with a heavily discounted rate, I felt ripped off. At the full breakfast price, I’d have asked for a refund.

I’ve never seen such a filthy setting for a major chain hotel. There was construction right next door, pigeons everywhere, and homeless people and drunks out in the street. Shame on you, B&B, for putting a hotel there to cut costs while showing a completely different picture in your advertising.

A new hotel with quiet rooms and modern, comfortable furnishings. The free internet was fast and worked well. Parking and bringing a pet both cost extra.

I really appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach. The staff were professional and very friendly, and it was a comfortable place to stay. I’d recommend it to friends and hope to come back myself.

Be careful, my headphones, worth $400, were stolen by the staff. They first confirmed they had them, but ignored me when I got in touch to collect them. Later, they said they had “disposed of” them.
