The staff were experienced and helpful. It’s a good place to learn about circus and its history in Poland, and a weary traveller can also enjoy a stroll and a good night’s sleep.

Breakfast wasn’t included, despite the hotel being clearly labelled Bed and Breakfast, and the 45 zloty breakfast was rubbish and not worth the money. Getting help in English was difficult too, since the only fluent speaker worked in the kitchen. For wheelchair users, there’s only one accessible room, and we spent our first night in a standard room that was useless and not accessible at all. The lift isn’t suitable for wheelchair users, and the electric ramp only works with staff assistance. One of the two parking spaces was full of sharp metal scrap, so be careful. Reception was very rude, even after agreeing to refund the first night in the wrong room. We ended up arguing and involving booking.com. I wasn’t impressed. It’s 25 minutes by car from central Warsaw, in the middle of nowhere. Don’t bother.

We’ve stayed here before, so this time we brought our own rubbish bag after missing a trash can in the room again. The rooms are okay, and it seems they’re still trying to improve things. You really need a car to get there. Otherwise, it’s a 2.3 km walk through the forest to the nearest bus, or you can try the one taxi company in the nearby village. I asked for a takeaway meal for the bike, which the website said would be a sandwich, water and an apple. They also gave us egg salad and ham, which wasn’t a good idea in the heat, so we had to throw it away. I guess they’re doing their best.

The reception staff were nice, no complaints about them. We arrived late and left early, so didn’t eat there, and my whole stay came down to the bed. It was really bad. The room was incredibly dusty, and when we got onto the bed, dust was visibly flying around. Even the sheets were covered in it. It felt as though the room had been set up months earlier and left that way. We were only there for one night, so this is based on a very short visit.
