The food was great, though the room was pretty noisy and the service lagged. I sat for several minutes with an empty glass. With two birthday parties going on, they really needed more than one waitress. The owner responded very quickly, so I’ve updated my post. Thanks.

Fresh, tasty food in a nice old town restaurant, though Wieniawa is on the expensive side for Leszno. In June-July 2021, it was still good, but there was no social distancing and staff weren’t wearing masks. By April 2022, the portions had become much smaller, and the toilet smelled bad. I was disappointed.

We ate downstairs, where it was very cold, and the heating could have been turned on. The service was okay, and the prices were above average. The food was good, though nothing special, and the pork was a little chewy. 3.5 stars.

Absolutely astonishing food for a good price, a real gastronomic experience. Fantastic chef! From Milan: Liba, Antonín, Barbora from Czech republic.

A tasty place with generous portions. The chicken breast with spicy mayo marinade was good.
