The place itself was basic but okay, but I spent two nights there and barely slept on the second. An alarm or phone kept ringing at irregular times all night, usually every few minutes and sometimes every 15-20 minutes. I couldn't find where it was coming from, and reception closes at 7pm, so I couldn't ask staff for help overnight. Guests on the same floor couldn't hear it in the morning, so it seemed to be concentrated near the end of the hallway where my room was. Reception apologized when I told them, but the hotel was dismissive when I contacted them later. I don't recommend it and won't be back.

Quiet, friendly staff, and parking available, though the entry and exit are very narrow, so take care driving through. The hotel isn't in the city centre. The room was spacious but basic, and it worked for a one-night stay. Being able to make your own food was handy. It wasn't dirty, but the toilet smelled bad, as did one of the towels.

Arche Residency was a lovely, peaceful place for our family in Łódź. The room was very clean, and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. With kids, we especially appreciated how quiet it was at night. I'd pick a room with a balcony overlooking the yard for extra comfort. We'd happily return. Thank you, Arche Residency!

The new management lady shouted at me over something trivial, and also shouted at my friend just because we're foreigners. She was very rude. Customer service matters, and foreigners should be treated with respect and dignity. If you're not Polish, please don't stay here. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone, the experience was extremely bad, like a nightmare.

Check-in was quick and there are lots of parking spaces in the garage. The entrance is pretty narrow, so watch out. Breakfast is served at the restaurant outside. Nothing special, but it was fresh and tasty.
