B&B Hotel Łódź Centrum

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but that didn't make up for the rest of my stay at B&B Hotel Łódź. My room felt unclean, especially the bathroom, which hadn't been properly maintained. The property had a gloomy, unwelcoming feel, and loud noise and shouting from neighboring rooms and the corridor disturbed me at night, making it hard to rest.

The room itself was fine, but my experience at reception was disappointing. On Monday, September 22, at about 5:30 in the morning, the receptionist on duty was very unfriendly and even aggressive. I expected a more professional, customer-focused manner at the front desk. I hope the hotel will take this feedback into account internally and improve its service.

The breakfast spread was extensive, and the staff were helpful. My room was clean and tidy, and the hotel offers great value right in the centre of Lodz. Highly recommend it.

The breakfast looked elaborate and the scrambled eggs were tasty. I liked the location in the city and the staff were friendly. My room was clean and nice, though the toilet button and shower drain cover were broken. The walls are so thin I could hear my neighbor's text alerts and feel my bed shake when he coughed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms on the same floor, so next time I'd ask for a floor with only non-smoking rooms.
