The building looks impressive inside and out, and parking was included for a reasonable 25 PLN. Apartment 273, if I remember right, had two levels, so bring slippers since the stairs aren’t pleasant barefoot. Cleanliness was the real letdown. In some spots it looked like a month’s worth of cleaning had been missed, not just a few days or a week. I used to run a cleaning company, and if this is outsourced, I’d change contractors; otherwise, someone on staff needs to put in more effort. Still, for the price, it’s worth it, and I recommend it.

The location was the only good part of unit 106. The bedding smelled stale, the washing machine was broken, and the Wi-Fi and some lights didn’t work. It was hard to reach the owner, since contact was by text only. They said they’d fix the problems I reported, but nothing was done before my stay ended.

The location was lovely, but the room and bathroom were both dirty. Worst of all was the cigarette stench, which wouldn’t air out. It was a disaster.

LUX used to be the standard a few years back, but it’s showing its age now. My apartment had a very strong cigarette smell, even though smoking is illegal now.

The room was cold, and one radiator didn’t work. On the plus side, the apartments are nice and cozy, there’s free Wi-Fi and parking, shops and restaurants are nearby, and the location is historic. The staff were friendly and helpful.
