Parking is right behind the building, and there's an elevator, which mattered most to us. The area is generally quiet, and the rooms are quite spacious. For the hotel's star rating, it has more amenities than I expected, so it's good value for the price. We arrived in an expensive sports car, though, and the parking setup made me uneasy. Anyone can get in because the barrier opens at the press of a button. A key fob or pass system would give better security.

We were just passing through Lodz and needed somewhere for the night. Luckily, they had a room for us at 22.30. The staff were helpful, the room was clean, though it had way too much perfume. Breakfast was good enough, just don't expect too much. Decent hotel at a decent price. I'd recommend it.

The staff were the best part. Reception always answered our questions with a smile, and they went out of their way to help with transport and ironing. They also let us stay past checkout for free, so we didn't have to wait in the rain before heading to the airport. The place was very tidy and clean, and great value for money. I'd recommend it anytime.

I couldn't finish booking online even though two rooms still showed as available, so I went to the desk and asked. They had no rooms left. When I asked if they knew somewhere nearby, I was glad I wasn't staying there. Just around the corner, Reymont hotel may be less fancy, but the people there are really friendly, and that makes all the difference.

The breakfast was more than OK, and everything else was wonderful. I wasn't keen on the restaurant food, though. Better to eat out, since the restaurant menu could use some improvement.
