The neighborhood around it looks a bit old, but I still recommend this clean, pleasant hotel. The staff were wonderful, and breakfast was great.

Business travelers could find this a great option. It's away from the center, but has easy connections to the main roads, the city, and the highway. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are professional, and breakfast is substantial. There's adequate parking and all the necessary amenities, so it offers good value for the money.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. I stayed at Novotel in Warsaw the week before and would still choose breakfast here. The staff are very friendly, and there's free, genuinely decent coffee and tea available around the clock. The room has enough space, though the bathroom could use some mold removal.

I spent a week at Iness Hotel for a project in Lodz. The rooms were clean, and the staff were kind and willing to help. Breakfast was included as a buffet, with good food and enough for everyone. The location isn't the prettiest, but I recommend Iness Hotel based on the stay.

The hotel looks modern and smart, but the room soundproofing is very poor. I could hear romantic noises through the wall until 2 am, then people getting up early in the corridor woke me at 6 am. Not a practical choice for light sleepers.
