We arrived with my family in a city we didn't know, and the welcome was miserable. The owner couldn't be reached, and the contact details we'd been given didn't work. We hadn't received directions to the apartment or even its number, and there was no safe code for the keys. The reception shown in the online photos doesn't exist either. There's a different business in that part of the building now. We were short on time because we had an event we couldn't miss, so it was very stressful. Thank goodness we'd booked through booking com, whose support team found us another place to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place or its owner.

It felt odd staying in what seemed to be a few unrelated apartments inside a historic residential building, almost like we were intruding on the people who lived there. The location was a bit far from everything. The mattress wasn't comfortable, and cleanliness was a major issue. In general, it was a disappointing stay.

My family and I stayed one night with our 5-year-old kids. The room was clean, the location was excellent, and the kids absolutely loved it. We had a pleasant stay!

Our studio was roomy, and the weekly cleaning was better than average. There's a grocery store next door, with a nice lake and park nearby. The reception and cafe staff were really nice and helpful. Each apartment has its own setup across several buildings, so what you get may vary. Ours was fairly clean, but old and dated, with an old kitchen, appliances and TV. The bed was average. A little air came in, and sometimes it carried an unpleasant cooking oil smell.

The building is an old factory, and it's close to the city center as well as a park and playground. The apartments are roomy and nicely equipped, with fairly comfortable beds. Breakfast at the cafe costs extra, but it was tasty.
