I left feeling just as positive as I did when I first walked in. The whole team was friendly and helpful, and Mr Mateusz at reception went out of his way to sort out a few extra things during check-in. I really appreciated that. This is what good customer care feels like. Thanks so much, and my compliments to everyone.

The gym and bars were nice, and all the staff were lovely. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived, thanks to the greeting card waiting for me. A pleasant stay, and special thanks to Natalia for looking after me.

“Almost” sums up the stay: the rooms were almost clean and the service almost professional. The dim restaurant by the main entrance and reception gives off indifference more than hospitality. I didn’t get the feeling that guests were really the focus, and the place seems more concerned with profit than with creating an atmosphere or putting extra care into the experience. It’s an average hotel right in the city center. The property isn’t new, but more attention from the staff and on-site management could bring it to a much higher standard. This approach may be common at many hotels in Poland, though some places show that a better standard is possible.

We had two adults and two kids in the room and still had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, and the sofa bed was the best one I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The hotel was clean, modern, and well looked after, with a good breakfast and excellent, friendly staff. Getting around was easy too, with transport nearby, a shopping center close by, and attractions within walking distance for us. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Thanks, Novotel, we’ll be back. Mateusz at reception was professional and gave us impeccable service. The bar and kitchen teams, along with the rest of the staff, were exceptionally kind and professional too.
