The service was great, the rooms comfortable, and breakfast tasty. The location is amazing. I’ll be back!!!

The reception team was a real plus. They were happy to help, give advice, and make suggestions. The kitchen had a microwave, a table and chairs for sitting quietly, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and even cutlery. The room was fairly large, clean, and well kept; there was a kettle and toaster ready for me, and the small bed was comfortable. Still, it was on the cool side even with the radiator on, and the thin walls let every hallway noise through. There’s a Frog, pharmacy, ATM, tram stop, and kebab shop practically just beyond the fence, though the city center is a little far away. The bathroom was clean and had towels and soap, but there was no shampoo, either in small bottles or a shower dispenser, and the shower head couldn’t be adjusted. I also hadn’t seen room rules before that said TV use had to be reported and paid for. Otherwise, no negatives.

Private parking was included, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and available when we needed them. We didn’t mind being some way from the city center, since location is a personal preference. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the basic amenities did their job. The room faced the street, though, and the noise kept us awake despite the comfortable beds. It was stuffy, with not even a fan, which would have made a difference. That might be fine on a cooler night, but in summer it’s a real inconvenience. I also thought the price was a bit high for the standard and conditions. We spent the following night closer to the center in much better conditions for a lot less.
