The children's program was good, and the wellness area was okay, though it fills up fast with so many guests staying here. For the price, we didn't feel there were any real drawbacks. Our room was large and nice, the food was fine, and the service was friendly. The mattress was too soft for us, and the gym could use better equipment. Still, if you want an affordable wellness break without compromising, this is a good choice.

The staff were friendly and the food was good, and the pool itself is great. Mornings can feel hectic because they play music loudly. With several children, the kids' area can be stressful since it has two exits. Dinner is served downstairs in the basement, which can be off-putting, though sometimes breakfast is upstairs, which is nice. The rooms have one bedroom plus a sofa bed, and the sofa bed isn't very comfortable.

The staff were the one bright spot: they were kind and did their best. I left feeling relieved to be leaving the hotel, even though I was sorry to go from the beautiful Karkonosze area. The idea behind the place is interesting, but the way it's carried out feels careless. If you can afford to stay somewhere else, I would. The spaces all felt cramped, from the dining room and outdoor area to the very small pool. The food was poor quality and not tasty for me. Breakfast had few choices for people avoiding dairy or pork, and the fruit and vegetables weren't fresh; they seemed to be reused for breakfast and dinner. There was no salmon, beef, or fresh juice, and the espresso wasn't good. The room felt unclean as soon as I walked in, with dust and a greasy feel in the air, plus an unpleasant smell. The furniture and amenities seemed very cheap, but the lack of proper cleaning was the worst part and something the owners could fix. Nothing about the hotel made me feel good in mind, body, or soul. It was a very disappointing stay.

There was plenty of room for kids to play in the playground. Breakfast was busy, but the food was delicious and the staff were nice.
