I reported the landlord to the police after living here for a year. I heard them argue with many tenants, and I found their treatment of residents deeply disrespectful. They use cheap second-hand materials in the rooms, then when things fall apart, they take money from tenants' deposits to replace them. In my case, they took 1,300 złoty, which I believe was illegal. One example was charging me for a new sink over a small stain. If you object, they will physically assault you. Landlords like this should be banned from Lublin's rental market. This was the worst house in Lublin.
