The 10 PM curfew was a little annoying, and we didn’t have working hot water. The staff did their best to fix the water quickly, though, and the helpdesk is open around the clock with people generally happy to help. The beds were above average, and I really liked the high ceilings in the rooms. Pretty nice hostel overall.

The location is excellent, and the cleaning staff member was very helpful and professional. Laundry cost only 10 pln per load. Some parts of the stay were very satisfactory, but I’m concerned about Apartment 1: its unsecured tall furniture is easy for children to climb and could topple onto them. IKEA had to pay tens of millions of dollars over this kind of problem, which has killed several children. I’ve told the staff, and hope they secure the furniture.

The rooms were tidy, the staff friendly, and the price reasonable. It’s right in the historic and cultural centre, with cafes and restaurants easy to get to.

It was clean, though some rooms are really small. The shared room just has sofas, and there’s only one small stove and a smoke fridge for the whole hostel.
