Hotel Alter

I don't normally write reviews, but Rami's massage at Alter Hotel in Lublin was easily the best spa experience I've ever had, and I've had plenty over the years. He's a skilled, talented professional who really knows his anatomy. His deep-tissue work helped my tight muscles and posture, and eased my stress too. It felt genuinely therapeutic. I now make a point of booking with Rami whenever I'm in Poland. You don't have to be a hotel guest to book a massage with him, but I'd highly recommend staying at the hotel afterwards. I'm sure you'll enjoy the experience.

We picked this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and stayed one night. We hadn't expected too much, so the experience was a pleasant surprise. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were professional and genuinely welcoming. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, attentive, and ready to answer questions. Our room had the essentials, was exceptionally clean and well appointed, and the bed was especially comfortable. The curtains added a bit of warmth, and the soundproofing helped us sleep well. We had a very enjoyable stay and would consider coming back if we're in Lublin again.

The spa, pool, and sauna were lovely places to unwind, and breakfast was outstanding. There weren't many options, but everything we tried was delicious. The Italian shakshuka with a hint of basil was a fun twist on Israeli cuisine. Rooms were exceptionally spacious, with large windows for fresh air, and the staff were warm and attentive. This boutique hotel is right in the heart of the historic old city, surrounded by its charm. A unique, luxurious stay and highly recommended.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of the city beside the castle. We stayed two nights and found the room spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service was high quality, and staff were always available to help. The spa zone was incredible, with the sauna/hamman and pool. Breakfast was the only downside since the selection was a bit limited, but that wouldn't change our minds about the place. There's a high probability we'll come back!
