The service was excellent, and I was very comfortable during my stay. Breakfast was delicious, truly outstanding. Highly recommend.

Everything else was good: our room was quiet, clean, and spacious, and breakfast was excellent. But we'd booked and paid for the room in advance, then the guy at reception charged us for it again when we arrived and paid another 40 PLN for parking. We complained and got the room charge refunded the next morning. Awkward.

The staff are well mannered and seem to care about looking after their guests. This is a hotel and restaurant I'll always return to, from the beautiful boutique hotel to the restaurant dating from the 1920s. It has a lot of history connected to a plane, which the name Ansaldo refers to. Highly recommended ❤️

For a three-star hotel, I thought the price was reasonable, the breakfast tasty and generous, and the staff friendly and efficient. The small kids' corner kept them busy for a while. The place could use some refreshing, though, and there was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom.
